Mariquita Blumberg brings more than twenty years as a management consultant, global product leader, board chair, and executive coach to her practice. We created the Blumberg Leadership Consulting identity and built the website that introduces her work to executives and their teams.
The brief
Coaching is bought on trust. The brand needed to feel credible to a CEO on first contact—clear, warm, and unmistakably senior—without leaning on the clichés of the category. And it had to explain a layered offering (1:1 coaching, organizational coaching, team development, structure evaluation) without becoming a brochure.
The work
We designed a mark built on an upward stroke—progress, drawn simply—and a restrained palette of deep teal and cream. The website leads with Mariquita herself and a single promise, then lays out each service as its own conversation, with clear paths to a first call. Everything is built to grow with the practice.
