Cerda-Zein was one of our first clients in 2009 and has never left. Today their site runs sales, leasing, and a management portfolio of more than 1,200 doors on a platform we built to be theirs — the team publishes listings, updates the roster, and edits the numbers themselves, and we keep pushing the platform forward.
The brief
Three audiences, one front door. Buyers needed search and a home-value tool; renters needed listings and an application; owners needed to see a management operation of more than 1,200 doors and trust it. The team needed to run all of it without calling a developer, and their in-person listing presentations needed to live on the site instead of in a Keynote file.
The work
We structured the site around three verbs — sell, manage, lease — with shared search, map, and listing pages. Visitors create an account and save property alerts against live inventory; a daily digest matches saved searches, and a new listing notifies matching subscribers the moment it’s published. Three listing presentations — Property Management, the Sellers Guide with its 21-Point Marketing Plan, and the Buyer Advantage — are built as scroll-driven decks with a kiosk mode for office screens, fully readable with animations off, so they index for search and double as the site’s Sell and Buy destinations. Everything the team touches — properties, agents, blog, headline figures — is editable in a CMS we built for them.
